Library Schedule Change
Library hours have been extended on several days (see the schedule at right). However, due to staffing shortages, the library will be closed on Thursdays until further notice. We are sorry for the inconvenience this will cause our patrons. If you would like to volunteer at the library, please call Lil at 822-3744 after 6 p.m.
About the Library
The Frances Kibble Kenny Lake Public Library is a small, rural Alaskan library staffed entirely by volunteers. It is nestled on the doorstep of the Wrangell-St. Elias National Park in the agricultural community of Kenny Lake. The library serves nearly one thousand area residents. Read more...
